About the Role
We are looking for an AI Agentic Engineer to design and deliver production-ready agentic applications for enterprise clients using modern AI platforms, including Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on turning business requirements into secure, scalable, AI-driven solutions.
We actively use AI coding assistants and agent frameworks as part of delivery. Engineers are expected to effectively orchestrate, validate, and productionize AI-generated outputs.
What You Will Do
- Design and build multi-agent systems using Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure services
- Break down business requirements into structured, testable implementation plans
- Orchestrate AI agents and multi-step workflows to deliver production-ready functionality
- Validate and review AI-generated code and configurations
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and external enterprise services
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of delivered systems
- Apply CI/CD practices and quality gates (tests, code review, observability)
- Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements and propose solutions
- Manage multi-stage workstreams with incremental delivery and checkpoints
Requirements
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry
- Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and external systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven or agent-based systems
- Strong testing mindset (unit / integration testing)
- Understanding of CI/CD and production readiness
- Secure-by-default mindset (secrets handling, least privilege, dependency hygiene)
- Experience communicating with non-technical stakeholders
- Sufficient English proficiency for client communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and evaluation techniques
- Cloud certifications (Microsoft / AWS / GCP)
- Experience designing observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
