Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth across all relevant platforms (including LinkedIn, Medium, and Twitter)
- Create, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive content calendar tailored to each platform, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
- Collaborate with a graphic designer to create visually appealing content
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media profiles, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring interactions, creating lead magnets, and other materials
- Regularly analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and improve overall effectiveness
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitors’ activities to identify growth opportunities and keep the brand’s social media presence on the cutting edge
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization, with a demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, current trends, and audience behaviors across key social media channels
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, content marketing, and how they integrate with social media strategies
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Buffer
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs
- Ability to interpret social media data and analytics and provide actionable steps to improve performance
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
